North Topsail Beach City is a one of the Onslow County, North Carolina, located in Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The city has a population of 843 as per the 2000 census data. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 955, It is the 418th largest in terms of population. It has total area of 10.58 sq mi (27.4 square kilometre), of which, 6.42 square miles (16.63 square kilometre) of it is land and 4.16 square miles (10.77 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 75th largest by total area among North Carolina. It is ranks fourth in the size of its inland waterways in North Carolina.
