North St. Paul City, Ramsey County, Minnesota is a city located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 11929. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 11247, It is the 74th most populous in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The city has a total area of 3 square miles (7.77 square kilometre), of which, 2.89 square miles (7.49 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.11 square miles (0.28 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 233rd largest by size in Minnesota.
