North Scituate Cdp had an official population of 5065 in 2000. making it Massachusetts's 117th largest. The census designated place comprises an area of 3.91 square miles (10.13 square kilometre), of which, 3.87 square miles (10.02 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 132nd largest by total area among Massachusetts.
