North Pekin Village is one of the city of Tazewell County, Illinois, located towards the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The population of the city was 1574 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 1721, giving it the 551st largest population among Illinois. The city extends throughout a territory of 1.19 sq mi (3.08 square kilometre ), of which, 1.16 square miles (3 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 632nd largest by total area in Illinois.
