North Oaks City, Ramsey County, Minnesota is a city located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. It is home to over 3883 people (2000 census). The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 4689, giving it the 150th largest population among Minnesota. It has total area of 8.66 sq mi (22.43 kmē), of which, 7.31 square miles (18.93 kmē) of it is land and 1.35 square miles (3.5 kmē) of it is water, it is the 109th largest by area in the U.S. state of Minnesota.
