North Myrtle Beach City is one of the city of Horry County, South Carolina, located towards the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 10974 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 15816, It is 40th most populous in South Carolina. It is spread over 13.51 sq mi (34.99 square kilometre), of which, 13.04 square miles (33.77 square kilometre ) of it is land and 0.47 square miles (1.22 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 28th largest in terms of geographical size.
