North Eastham Cdp is a United States census designated place located in the Barnstable County, Massachusetts, United States. The population of the census designated place was 1915 as per the 2000 census data. It is 45th least populous in Massachusetts. The census designated place spans an area of 11.96 square miles (30.98 kmē), of which, 3.4 square miles (8.81 kmē) of it is land and 8.55 square miles (22.14 kmē) of it is water, it is the 48th largest by area in the U.S. state of Massachusetts. It is ranks ninth in the size of its inland waterways in Massachusetts.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1915 people, 881 households, and 570 families residing in the census designated place. The population density was 562.4 people per square mile (217.14/kmē), making its Massachusetts's 22nd least densely populated census designated place.
