North Collins Village is a city located in Erie County, New York, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, the population was 1079. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 1002, giving it the 269th smallest population among New York. The city comprises an area of 0.8 mi˛ (2.07 sq km), making it the 164th smallest by size in New York.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1079 people in the city, organized into 414 households, and 285 families residing in the city. The population density was 1347.8 people per square mile (520.39/km˛), it is the 563rd most densely populated city in the U.S. state of New York. There were 494 housing units at an average density of 617.5 per square mile (238.42/km˛). The average household size was 2.58 people, and the average family size was 3.11 people. In the city the population was distributed as follows: 27.9% under the age of 18, 6.3% from 18 to 24, 31.9% from 25 to 44, 20.7% from 45 to 64, and 13.3% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 101.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 99.5 males. The median age is 35.7 years, the median age of male residents at 35.4 and the median age of female residents at 36.2. The racial makeup of the city was 89.71% White, 1.2% Black or African American, 3.8% American Indian, 1.3% Asian, 0% Native Hawaiian, 2.78% from two or more races and 1.2% Other races.
