North Caldwell Borough, New Jersey is a borough of the Essex County, New Jersey, United States. In 2000, the population was 7375. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 7051, It is the 222nd largest by population in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The borough extends throughout a territory of 3 sq mi (7.77 kmē ), giving it the 187th largest by total area among New Jersey.
