North Bend City is a city located in Coos County, Oregon, in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 9544 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 9636, making it the 53rd most populous in Oregon. It covers total area of 5.07 sq mi (13.13 kmē), of which, 3.9 square miles (10.1 kmē) of it is land and 1.17 square miles (3.03 kmē) of it is water, it is the 55th largest by area in the U.S. state of Oregon. It is ranks sixth in the size of its inland waterways in Oregon.

As of the census of 2000, there were 9544 people, 16 households, and 12 families residing in the city. The population density was 2445.7 people per square mile (944.29/kmē), giving it the 83rd most densely populated city among the Oregon.
