Norman City is a city located in the Cleveland County, Oklahoma, United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 95694 as per the Census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 106957, It is the third largest by population in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The city has a total area of 189.51 square miles (490.83 kmē), of which, 177.01 square miles (458.45 kmē) of it is land and 12.5 square miles (32.37 kmē) of it is water, making it the second largest by size in Oklahoma. It is ranks second in the size of its inland waterways in Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 95694 people, 38834 households, and 22560 families living in the city. The population density was 540.6 people per square mile (208.73/kmē), it is Oklahoma's 374th most densely populated city. There were 41547 housing units at an average density of 234.7 per square mile (90.62/kmē). It has an average household size was 2.31 persons, and the average family size was 2.93 persons.
