Noorvik City, Northwest Arctic Borough, Alaska is a city located in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. The city has a population of 634 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 660, It is 89th most populous in Alaska. The city has a total area of 1.34 mi˛ (3.47 sq km), of which, 0.96 square miles (2.49 sq km) of it is land and 0.38 square miles (0.98 sq km) of it is water, it is the 18th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Alaska.

As of the census of 2000, there were 634 people, 136 households, and 113 families residing in the city. The population density was 658.7 people per square mile (254.33/km˛), making it the 11th most densely populated city in Alaska. There were 157 housing units at an average density of 163.5 per square mile (63.13/km˛). The average household size was 4.66 and the average family size was 5.19. In the city the population is diverse age-wise, with 44.5% under the age of 18, 10.6% from 18 to 24, 26.2% from 25 to 44, 11.5% from 45 to 64, and 7.3% who were 65 or older.
