Noble County is a United States county located in the United States of Oklahoma. It is home to over 11411 people (2000 census). In July 2008, its estimated population was 11169, It is 22nd least populous county in Oklahoma. It covers total area of 742.44 miē (1922.91 kmē), of which, 731.9 square miles (1895.61 kmē) of it is land and 10.54 square miles (27.3 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 48th largest by total area in Oklahoma.

The population density was 15.6 people per square mile (6.02/kmē), it is the 52nd most densely populated county in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. There were 5082 housing units at an average density of 6.9 per square mile (2.66/kmē). It has an average household size was 2.47 persons, and the average family size was 2.97 persons. The population's age distribution was 25.5% under the age of 18, 7.9% from 18 to 24, 27.5% from 25 to 44, 23.9% from 45 to 64, and 15.2% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 97.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 96 males. Its population was estimated at 11169 in July 2008, The racial makeup of the county was 9542 White, 222 Black or African American, 962 American Indian, 37 Asian, 3 Native Hawaiian, and 403 from two or more races.
