Noble City is one of the city of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, located towards the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Noble City is home to 5260 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 5812, It is the 66th largest in terms of population. The city comprises an area of 12.89 sq mi (33.38 square kilometre), of which, 12.52 square miles (32.43 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.37 square miles (0.96 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 84th largest by area in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 5260 people, 1956 households, and 1486 families residing in the city. For every 100 females there were 92.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 85.9 males. The racial or ethnic makeup of the city was 4750 White, 10 Black or African American, 256 American Indian, 13 Asian, 1 Native Hawaiian, 210 from two or more races and 20 Ohter races.
