Nisswa City, Crow Wing County, Minnesota is a city located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 1953 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 2110, making it Minnesota's 242nd largest. It is spread over 18.39 mi˛ (47.63 square kilometre), of which, 10.88 square miles (28.18 square kilometre ) of it is land and 7.51 square miles (19.45 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Minnesota's 65th largest by total area. It is ranks seventh in the size of its inland waterways in Minnesota.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1953 people in the city, organized into 819 households, and 577 families residing in the city. The population density was 179.5 people per square mile (69.31/km˛), it is the 161st least densely populated city in the U.S. state of Minnesota.
