Nissequogue Village is a United States city located in the Suffolk County, New York, United States. The population of the city was 1543 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 1604, It is 675th most populous in New York. The city encompasses an area of 3.97 mi˛ (10.28 square kilometre ), of which, 3.77 square miles (9.76 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.2 square miles (0.52 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 277th largest by total area among New York.
