Niederwald Town is a town located in the Hays and Caldwell counties, Texas, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 584 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 501, It is the 407th least populous in the U.S. state of Texas. The town encompasses an area of 2.97 sq mi (7.69 sq km), it is the 636th largest by area in the U.S. state of Texas.
