Nicholson Borough is a borough located in the Wyoming County, Pennsylvania, United States. In 2000, borough's population was 713 inhabitants. The borough extends throughout a territory of 1.26 sq mi (3.26 sq km ), of which, 1.24 square miles (3.21 sq km) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 606th largest by total area in Pennsylvania.
