Nezperce City, Lewis County, Idaho is a city located in the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 523 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 486, giving it the 124th largest population among Idaho. It has total area of 0.41 mi˛ (1.06 square kilometre), making it Idaho's 57th smallest by total area.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 523 people, 197 households, and 151 families residing in the city. The population density was 1283.7 people per square mile (495.64/km˛), it is Idaho's 85th most densely populated city. The racial or ethnic makeup of the city was 91.2% White, 1.34% Black or African American, 1.91% American Indian, 1.34% Asian, 0% Native Hawaiian, 3.44% from two or more races and 0.76% Other races.
