Newville Borough is a borough located in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The population of the borough was 1367 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 1303, making it the 763rd most populous in Pennsylvania. The borough spans an area of 0.44 mi˛ (1.14 square kilometre), it is the 261st smallest in terms of geographical size.
