Newark Valley Village is a United States city located in the Tioga County, New York, United States. As of 2000 the population was 1071. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 1002, It is the 263rd smallest in terms of population. The city encompasses an area of 0.98 square miles (2.54 kmē), it is the 218th smallest by area in the U.S. state of New York.
