New Paris Borough is a borough located in Bedford County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As per the 2000 census, borough has a population of 214 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 201, making it Pennsylvania's 108th smallest. The borough extends throughout a territory of 0.05 square miles (0.13 square kilometre ), it is the seventh smallest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
