New Oxford Borough is a borough located in the Adams County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is home to over 1696 people (2000 census). The borough's estimated population as of July 2008 was 1764, making it Pennsylvania's 678th largest. The borough spans an area of 0.63 sq mi (1.63 sq km), it is the 424th smallest in terms of geographical size.
