New Haven City is a city in the Allen County, Indiana, United States. In 2000, city's population was 12406 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 13685, It is the 62nd largest in terms of population. The city extends throughout a territory of 8.16 square miles (21.13 kmē ), making it the 56th largest by size in Indiana.
