New Hampton City is a city in the Harrison County, Missouri, United States. As of 2000 the population was 349. Its population was estimated at 328 in July 2008, It is Missouri's 584th largest by population . The city encompasses an area of 0.7 mi˛ (1.81 sq km), it is the 503rd largest by area in the U.S. state of Missouri.
