New Eagle Borough is a United States borough located in the Washington County, Pennsylvania, United States. The borough has a population of 2262 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 2201, It is 576th most populous in Pennsylvania. It covers total area of 1.12 sq mi (2.9 sq km), of which, 1.03 square miles (2.67 sq km) of it is land and 0.09 square miles (0.23 sq km) of it is water, making it Pennsylvania's 669th largest by total area.

In the borough the population was spread out, with 21.6% under the age of 18, 6.4% from 18 to 24, 27.9% from 25 to 44, 24% from 45 to 64, and 20.1% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 90.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 87.2 males. The median age is 41.3 years, the median age of male residents at 39.2 and the median age of female residents at 43.1. The racial or ethnic makeup of the borough was 2194 White, 25 Black or African American, 3 American Indian, 11 Asian, 2 Native Hawaiian, 24 from two or more races and 3 Ohter races.
