New Brockton Town is a town located in Coffee County, Alabama, in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1250 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 1234, making it Alabama's 251st largest. It has total area of 8 sq mi (20.72 square kilometre), of which, 7.99 square miles (20.69 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Alabama's 169th largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1250 people, 465 households, and 336 families living in the town. The population density was 156.5 people per square mile (60.42/kmē), it is Alabama's 108th least densely populated town. There were 555 housing units at an average density of 69.5 per square mile (26.83/kmē). The average household size was 2.46 persons, and the average family size was 2.95 persons.
