New Beaver Borough is a United States borough located in the Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population of borough in 2000 stood at 1677 as per the Census data. The borough's estimated population as of July 2008 was 1579, It is the 687th most populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. It is spread over 14.51 mi˛ (37.58 square kilometre), of which, 14.47 square miles (37.48 square kilometre ) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Pennsylvania's 29th largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1677 people, 652 households, and 478 families living in the borough. The population density was 115.9 people per square mile (44.75/km˛), it is 31st least densely populated borough in Pennsylvania. There were 696 housing units at an average density of 48.1 per square mile (18.57/km˛). The average household size was 2.57 persons, and the average family size was 3.04 persons. In the New Beaver Borough, 23.8% of the population was under the age of 18, 8.7% were 18 to 24, 28.3% were 25 to 44, 26.1% were 45 to 64, and 13.2% who were 65 or older.
