New Baltimore City is a United States city located in the Macomb County, Michigan, United States. New Baltimore City had an official population of 7405 in 2000. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 11346, It is 147th most populous in Michigan. The city extends throughout a territory of 6.73 sq mi (17.43 square kilometre ), of which, 4.62 square miles (11.97 square kilometre) of it is land and 2.12 square miles (5.49 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 106th largest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 7405 people in the city, organized into 2942 households, and 1995 families living in the city. The population density was 1604.5 people per square mile (619.5/kmē), it is the 199th most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Michigan.
