New Baltimore Borough is a one of the Somerset County, Pennsylvania, located in Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As per the 2000 census, borough has a population of 168 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 153, It is Pennsylvania's 80th smallest by population . It is spread over 0.32 square miles (0.83 square kilometre), making it Pennsylvania's 171st smallest by total area.
