New Albany Borough is one of the borough of Bradford County, Pennsylvania, located towards the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, borough's population was 306 inhabitants. The borough's estimated population as of July 2008 was 286, giving it the 181st smallest population among Pennsylvania. Its area is just over 0.48 square miles (1.24 sq km), it is the 297th smallest in terms of geographical size.
