Nettleton Town is a town located in Monroe and Lee counties, Mississippi, in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. The population of town in 2000 stood at 1932 as per the Census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 2008, making it the 129th most populous in Mississippi. It covers total area of 2.71 mi˛ (7.02 square kilometre), of which, 2.7 square miles (6.99 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 158th largest by total area among Mississippi.
