As per the 2000 census, census designated place has a population of 290 inhabitants. making it the 67th least populous in Washington. Its area is just over 23.12 square miles (59.88 square kilometre), of which, 23.1 square miles (59.83 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 22nd largest by area in the U.S. state of Washington.
