Nelsonville Village is a city located in the Portage County, Wisconsin, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Nelsonville Village is home to 191 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 172, It is the 33rd smallest by population in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The city extends throughout a territory of 1.05 mi˛ (2.72 square kilometre ), of which, 1 square miles (2.59 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 148th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.
