Neenah City is a city located in the Winnebago County, Wisconsin, United States. In 2000, the population was 24507. Its population was estimated at 25060 in July 2008, making it Wisconsin's 28th largest. The city spans an area of 8.57 square miles (22.2 kmē), of which, 8.25 square miles (21.37 kmē) of it is land and 0.33 square miles (0.85 kmē) of it is water, making it the 68th largest by size in Wisconsin.

As of the census of 2000, there were 24507 residents, 76 households, and 48 families in the city. The population density was 2971.7 people per square mile (1147.38/kmē), it is the 22nd most populated city in terms of population density. There were 10198 housing units at an average density of 1236.1 per square mile (477.26/kmē). It has an average household size was 2.47 persons, and the average family size was 3.03 persons.
