Natrona County, Wyoming is a county located in the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. The population of county in 2000 stood at 66533 as per the Census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 73129, It is the second most populous county in the U.S. state of Wyoming. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 5375.72 square miles (13923.05 kmē), of which, 5339.88 square miles (13830.23 kmē) of it is land and 35.83 square miles (92.8 kmē) of it is water, it is the fifth largest in terms of geographical size. It is ranks seventh in the size of its inland waterways in Wyoming.

The population density was 12.5 people per square mile (4.83/kmē), making it the second most densely populated county in Wyoming.
