In 2000, the population was 414. making it New York's 69th smallest. It is spread over 1.51 mi˛ (3.91 sq km), of which, 1.38 square miles (3.57 sq km ) of it is land and 0.13 square miles (0.34 sq km) of it is water, it is the 644th largest by area in the U.S. state of New York.
