Naples Manor Cdp is a census designated place located in Collier County, Florida, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. It is home to over 5186 people (2000 census). It is the 416th most populous in the U.S. state of Florida. Its area is just over 0.71 square miles (1.84 square kilometre), of which, 0.69 square miles (1.79 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 112th smallest by size in Florida.
