Napeague Cdp is a census designated place located in Suffolk County, New York, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As per the 2000 census, census designated place has a population of 223 inhabitants. It is the 11th smallest by population in the U.S. state of New York. It covers total area of 10.55 square miles (27.32 sq km), of which, 3.88 square miles (10.05 sq km) of it is land and 6.67 square miles (17.28 sq km) of it is water, it is the 56th largest by area in the U.S. state of New York. It is ranks sixth in the size of its inland waterways in New York.
