Napaskiak City is a city located in the Bethel Census Area, Alaska, United States. As of 2000 the population was 390. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 391, giving it the 131st largest population among Alaska. The city spans an area of 3.83 mi˛ (9.92 square kilometre), of which, 3.47 square miles (8.99 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.35 square miles (0.91 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Alaska's 51st smallest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 390 people in the city, organized into 82 households, and 70 families living in the city. The population density was 112.3 people per square mile (43.36/km˛), it would be the 65th most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Alaska. There were 95 housing units at an average density of 27.4 per square mile (10.58/km˛). The average household size was 4.76 and the average family size was 5.24. In the city the population was spread out, with 43.6% under the age of 18, 10.3% from 18 to 24, 27.7% from 25 to 44, 11.8% from 45 to 64, and 6.7% who were 65 or older.
