Napakiak City is a one of the Bethel Census Area, Alaska, located in Western Region (Pacific) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 353 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 353, It is Alaska's 141st largest by population . According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 5.01 sq mi (12.98 square kilometre), of which, 4.69 square miles (12.15 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.31 square miles (0.8 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 68th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Alaska.

As of the census of 2000, there were 353 residents, 90 households, and 71 families in the city. The population density was 75.2 people per square mile (29.03/kmē), making its Alaska's 79th most densely populated city. There were 101 housing units at an average density of 21.5 per square mile (8.3/kmē). It has an average household size was 3.92 persons, and the average family size was 4.52 persons.
