Myerstown Borough is a United States borough located in the Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, United States. In 2000, the population was 3171. Its population was estimated at 3120 in July 2008, It is the 435th largest in terms of population. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.89 sq mi (2.31 sq km), making it Pennsylvania's 791st largest by total area.
