Muldrow Town, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma is a town located in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 3104 inhabitants. The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 3153, giving it the 103rd largest population among Oklahoma. The town extends throughout a territory of 3.87 sq mi (10.02 kmē ), of which, 3.85 square miles (9.97 kmē) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 kmē) of it is water, it is the 216th largest by area in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 3104 residents, 1204 households, and 847 families in the town. The population density was 805.8 people per square mile (311.12/kmē), it is the 257th most densely populated town in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. There were 1313 housing units at an average density of 341 per square mile (131.66/kmē). The average household size was 2.54 persons, and the average family size was 3.08 persons. In the town the population was distributed as follows: 28.1% under the age of 18, 9.1% from 18 to 24, 26.5% from 25 to 44, 22.7% from 45 to 64, and 13.7% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 91.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 83.3 males. The median age is 35.1 years, The median age of males was 31.7 years, for females the median age was 37.5 years. The racial makeup of the town was 69.59% White, 1.8% Black or African American, 16.43% American Indian, 0.29% Asian, 0.06% Native Hawaiian, 10.5% from two or more races and 1.32% Other races.
