Mountville Borough is one of the borough of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, located towards the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 2444 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 2820, making it Pennsylvania's 543rd largest. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.86 square miles (2.23 square kilometre), giving it the 813th largest by total area among Pennsylvania.
