Mountain Home City is a United States city located in the Baxter County, Arkansas, United States. Mountain Home City had an official population of 11012 in 2000. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 12592, It is the 28th most populous in the U.S. state of Arkansas. It has total area of 10.63 square miles (27.53 square kilometre), makes it the 43rd largest by total area in Arkansas.
