Mount Pleasant Borough, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 4728. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the borough is 4380, making it Pennsylvania's 298th largest. Its area is just over 1.15 miē (2.98 kmē), it is the 651st largest in terms of geographical size.
