Mount Ephraim Borough is a borough in the Camden County, New Jersey, United States. The population of the borough was 4495 as per the 2000 census data. The July 2008 population estimate is 4392, making it New Jersey's 305th largest. The borough spans an area of 0.9 square miles (2.33 kmē), of which, 0.88 square miles (2.28 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 63rd smallest by total area among New Jersey.
