Mounds View City is a United States city located in the Ramsey County, Minnesota, United States. In 2000, city's population was 12738 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 12005, It is 70th most populous in Minnesota. The city comprises an area of 4.13 sq mi (10.7 sq km), of which, 4.11 square miles (10.64 sq km) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 183rd largest by total area among Minnesota.
