Moulton City is one of the city of Appanoose County, Iowa, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. Moulton City had an official population of 658 in 2000. The city has a total area of 1.02 square miles (2.64 square kilometre), making it the 362nd largest by size in Iowa.
