Moscow Borough, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 1883. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the borough is 1938, It is the 647th largest in terms of population. The borough has a total area of 2.75 square miles (7.12 kmē), it is the 241st largest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 1883 people, 674 households, and 516 families living in the borough.
